The following items must be furnished to our office prior to commencement of work:

• A topographic map of the subject site covering the entire slope (where applicable)

• A proposed plot plan and cross-section(s) depicting the existing and proposed improvements

• A copy of grading and drainage plans (if any)

• Copies of all previous reports and associated Department review letter(s)

Lack of said information can cause delays in the preparation of reports, as well as approvals by reviewing agencies.
