Terms of service.

By signing an agreement with SASSAN Geosciences, Inc., the client indicates his/her agreement with the terms of a proposal.  Furthermore, the client certifies to be the owner or an authorized agent for the owner of the subject property.

The agreement is entered into in the City of Pasadena, Los Angeles County.  Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the proposal, or breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Construction Industry Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

In any action, proceeding, or arbitration between the parties arising out of the agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorney fees and costs from the non-prevailing party.

Client agrees to limit liability of Consultant, its principals, employees and their sub-consultants to client and to all contractors and subcontractors on the project, for any claim or action arising in tort, con proposal tract or strict liability, to the limit of consultant’s fees.  Client and consultant acknowledge that this provision was expressly negotiated and agreed upon.
